DevvStream Corp. (Nasdaq: DEVS), Southern Energy Renewables Inc., and Frontline BioEnergy (a trade name of Frontline Group LLC) have executed a term sheet to collaborate on advancing biomass-to-jet sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) development and environmental-asset monetization. The agreement outlines plans to expand Frontline’s syngas process demonstration capabilities—adding pilot-scale units for bio-methanol and methanol-to-hydrocarbons conversion—to generate operational data that supports Southern’s commercial project trajectory in Louisiana. Under the term sheet, Southern expects to fund the design and commissioning of the pilot units, while DevvStream is positioned to serve as exclusive carbon credit and environmental-asset manager for Southern’s projects, and XCF Global is anticipated to lend downstream fuels expertise and market insight.
