At Southern Energy Renewables, our advanced biomass gasification technology transforms organic waste into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and other clean fuels through a proven, scalable process. Our modular systems are engineered for rapid deployment, making clean fuel production both economically viable and environmentally impactful.
Process Flow
Biomass Input
Organic materials like crop waste, forest residues, or municipal solid waste are collected as feedstock.
Gasification
The biomass is heated in a low-oxygen environment to break it down into gases.
Synthesis/ Upgrading
This process yields synthesis gas (syngas), a mix of hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and CO₂.
Syngas Production
Syngas is converted into methanol which is then converted into liquid hydrocarbons using chemical catalysts.
Final Products
The result is refined into SAF and other fuels like methanol or diesel.
